Drink at least 2 quarts or 2 liters worth of cool beverages in the next two to four hours. Make sure that you drink at least ten glasses of water a day as well. You can create your rehydration drink at home, but you must never give it to children under the age of 12 as they have their means of rehydrating themselves.
